A few would do that but I think most people would stick to the pattern I mentioned and experiment around so long till they get a name that's not taken yet.
If I'm allowed to throw something in, I think this is not a good idea. There are so many champion names already taken as example I take like you Fiora. There is already a Fiora, the Grand Duelist and if a male roleplayer now wants to rp as Fiora he'd name like Fiora The Grand Duelist. This would create a lot of confusion
No, keep your Draven account and make a female account (for example: Fiora)
And keep this as a rule:
For each conversation you make as a male roleplayer, you have to make a conversation as a female Roleplayer before doing a male one.

So that Female Roleplayers get increased and we share it right.
