"I will~" *He goes back to thinking* (Uhh, no he either needs a bigger shield or a shield that blocks physical damage as well, viktor deals about as much damage as Kass and his shield is alot bigger, i get it's cause Kass is more mobile but honestly his shield is extremely underwhelming, it starts out blocking about 80 damage level 1 (most mage's spells deal way more than that from the start and then they just end up getting more abilities) and only goes to about 150 base. then you buy RoA and the shield is next to non-existant because it doesnt scale with health either)

(Make his q do more dmg, less shield, less mana costs, but lower his e dmg and slow~)
(Honestly if riot could make him more competent early-game and then weaken his late game I'd be really happy. I'd even settle for a skin that doesn't suck.)
((but late game tho....just flashing all over the plays with his fucking 3 sec ult cd. And you get over almost every wall ingame, I tryed it out...so fucking OP....I love it <3. Enemys are always like:"Kassadin so fair...." I am like:"DO you even rift?"
"I know my pet, I'm just trying to think of other ways to have fun~" (Yeah that's what i hate so much about Kass, especially since his rework. His Q doesn't do enough damage or shield for enough and he has low armor and MR so pre-6 is always just hell.)

(I mean I played AD Kassa bot lane...early game sucked but after 6 it was just facerolling..against graves leona or so.~)
