(well to be harsh, if you're low silver or below, you cannot rely on anyone in ranked and you are better off solo carrying, i'm plat 1 right now and I've gotten this far through duoing with other solo carriers and literaly 2v5ing, because just like your situation my bot lane suck all the time)
